SHIPPING

All orders are shipped as registered post delivery confirmation tracking and insurance. All deliveries are tracked and must be signed for.

 International orders are shipped the same way.

 

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. If there is a delay, we will let you know.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is out for delivery.

EU orders will be received within 2-6 business days from the date that the order is processed and fulfilled.

International orders will be received in 5-10 business days from the date the order was processed and fulfilled. Even if we have the best intentions, we can not guarantee how long it will actually take for your item to arrive due to customs.

For delays longer than 4 weeks in shipping, please contact your local customs office. Due to certain regulations we cannot ship any jewellery products into Russian Federation.

 

 FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, PLEASE WRITE THE FULL ADDRESS IN ENGLISH AT THE CHECKOUT.

 

We do not refund for packages lost in transit.

 

We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or unretrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure.

We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address.

Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back at FERUNAS AB and will incur a reshipment fee.
